All materials on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software—are owned or licensed by Best Business Consulting Firm LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You may post or upload content in community areas. By doing so, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform.
You remain responsible for your content and agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, or infringing.

Certain features or services may require payment. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscription fees are billed as agreed upon at purchase and may auto-renew unless canceled.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted as permitted by law.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Business Consulting Firm LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Best Business Consulting Firm LLC from any claims or damages arising from your use or misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
